Job Responsibilities – Your Mission

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory analyses—covering areas like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Partake in specimen collection and preparation, as necessary, for various tests.
• Thoroughly document all processes, guide new staff members or interns, and uphold stringent lab quality protocols.
• Ensure a safe and clean workspace, consistently following all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with a focus on ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year of your hire date.
• Maintain active certification throughout the duration of your employment.
