Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent health-related field, with an intention to obtain ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing certification maintenance is essential throughout your tenure.
