Event Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in a moving environment, enjoys creating event experiences, and can manage multiple projects with confidence and attention to detail. This role requires great communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to anticipate needs while working independently and collaboratively. This is a position for an entry level administrative role. Responsibilities Maintain an inventory of event supplies, ensuring materials are stocked and organized. Organize and maintain a structured Google Drive filing system for event documents and resources. Set up logistics for in‑office meetings, conferences, and special events. Record and distribute meeting notes and action items during weekly planning meetings, and maintain the folders with updates for the different events. Assist with managing hotel room blocks for staff, vendors, and event attendees. Update leading up to the events. Coordinate private dining arrangements and venue reservations for meetings and events. Work with the Director and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation for staff and vendors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
