Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and experience supporting day-to-day financial operations. Familiarity with e-commerce accounting—particularly Amazon platforms—is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Prepare and record accurate journal entries Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Perform account reconciliations, including bank and general ledger accounts Reconcile inventory and purchase orders (POs) Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls Qualifications Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) Experience with e-commerce accounting (Amazon experience is a plus) Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems such as Fishbowl or Odoo preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Preferred Skills Experience handling inventory accounting Knowledge of purchase order workflows and reconciliation Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Naturalis Inc
