Commission-Only Sales Representative

Because we offer a true year-round services suite, you will never experience a seasonal dry spell. You’ll sell premium outdoor lighting in the spring/summer, high-ticket electrical system upgrades year-round, and high-volume, lucrative holiday lighting displays in the fall/winter.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily door-to-door canvassing in mid-to-high-end residential neighborhoods throughout the Denver Metro area and Front Range.
• Generate leads, introduce our premium brand, and schedule evening design consultations.
• Present customized design renders and close deals directly with homeowners.
• Maintain a highly professional, resilient, and positive attitude while managing a field territory.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of Direct Sales, Door-to-Door (D2D), Lighting, electrical (residential and commercial) Solar, Roofing, or Home Improvement sales experience is highly preferred (but we will train the right hunger and attitude).
• Mindset: Highly resilient, money-motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable working a 100% commission structure.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel across Front Range territories.
• Communication: Exceptional face-to-face communication, interpersonal, and closing skills.

You can build your book of business by reaching out to homeowners, businesses, commercial property owners, landscapers, hardscape companies, deck and patio contractors, builders, property managers, and other potential partners.

In addition to outdoor and holiday lighting, you can also sell residential and commercial electrical services through our licensed and insured electrical team. This gives you multiple ways to create opportunities and close business.
