Job Description As a Founding AI Strategist, you will bridge the gap between high-level business problems and AI-driven solutions. You'll lead end-to-end client engagements for Fortune 500 companies, translating messy data into actionable insights. Working alongside engineering, you'll shape the core platform, turning field learnings into scalable product features while driving significant revenue growth. Work directly with a world-class founding team with experience from Google, Sequoia, KKR, and BCG to define an industry-disrupting AI operating system. What You Will Do Own high-stakes client engagements end-to-end, from initial problem scoping with senior stakeholders to architecting AI-powered MVPs and long-term implementations. Partner deeply with engineering to translate real-world client needs into core product features, ensuring the platform evolves based on practical field intelligence. Develop the delivery playbook and define what excellence looks like as the company scales its strategist team and expands its Fortune 500 footprint. The ideal candidate Requires 2–5 years of experience at a top-tier firm like McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, with proven experience owning senior client workstreams. Demonstrates exceptional judgment and communication skills, capable of breaking ambiguous business questions into frameworks that AI agents can execute against efficiently.
