Representative Role OverviewA leading investment bank may seek a Cross-Border M&A Analyst to support international deal execution, financial modeling, and client advisory . These roles are ideal for candidates seeking exposure to global transactions, cross-jurisdictional due diligence, and multinational client engagement , while developing strong analytical and advisory skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) for international M&A transactions
Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and valuation analyses across multiple geographies
Support live cross-border M&A deals, capital markets, and restructuring engagements
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations for multinational clients
Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution across multiple jurisdictions
Collaborate with senior bankers and global teams on deal strategy and execution
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and international deal analysis
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or private equity is beneficial
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint , and common financial research tools
Exposure to cross-border transactions or international finance is a plus
