Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Nursing – Intensive Care

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Contract Length: 5 weeks

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license
• Relevant certifications in critical care nursing
• Experience in an intensive care setting
• Proficiency with EMR systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care.
• Monitor and assess patients experiencing life-threatening conditions, including those requiring intensive, comprehensive care for medical, surgical, and cardiac issues.
