Retail Operations Coordinator

Haffner's is looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Retail Operations Coordinator to support our Retail Operations team. This role is a key part of keeping our retail business running smoothly by assisting with billing, invoicing, reporting, compliance tracking, operational follow-up, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position works closely with retail leadership, field operations, category management, customer service, and other internal teams to help ensure accurate reporting, strong communication, and timely follow-through.

Compensation: Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is PAY- $54,000-$65,000.

Job Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach, and lift. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Smart Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience in retail operations, accounting, or administrative support.
• Knowledge of Cigarettes, OTP, and General Merchandise categories is a plus.
