Position Overview: Tom Birks Allstate Agency is seeking an experienced and licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our agency in Bloomfield, NJ. This role is designed for a true sales professional—someone who thrives on prospecting, generating new business, building relationships, and closing deals.
