Position SummaryWe are seeking dependable and experienced Sheet Metal Roofers to join our team on commercial roofing projects. Candidates should have experience installing and fabricating sheet metal roofing systems and be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Job Responsibilities- Install, fabricate, and repair sheet metal roofing systems.
- Install flashing, coping, gutters, downspouts, fascia, and other architectural sheet metal components.
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to meet project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal fabrication equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
- Previous sheet metal roofing experience is required.
- Experience with commercial roofing systems is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Steel-toe work boots and appropriate work attire required.
- Clean background required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Candidates must be able to provide proof of U.S citizenship and successfully pass a federal background investigation to oblation the necessary security clearance to enter a government restricted facility
