First step toward becoming an installer. You'll begin learning technical skills under the guidance of senior crew members.

Responsibilities include:

• Measure materials
• Perform basic tool use
• Support install process under direction
• Apply safety procedures consistently

Advancement opportunity includes:

• Demonstrate consistency with level 1 install tasks
• Already knows how to place jobsite sign and call client

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
