Company: Brothers Gutters – East Houston Location: Houston & surrounding areas
Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We’re looking for motivated team members to join our growing gutter installation crews. We provide hands-on training, clear advancement steps, and competitive pay as you move up.
About the Role: First step toward becoming an installer. You’ll begin learning technical skills under the guidance of senior crew members.
Responsibilities:
Measure materials
Perform basic tool use
Support install process under direction
Apply safety procedures consistently
Advancement Opportunity:
Demonstrate consistency with Level 1 install tasks
Already knows how to place jobsite sign and call client
