How you’ll make an impact in this role Clinical Care Implementation: Execute and oversee comprehensive patient care plans, providing vigilant monitoring and real-time documentation to ensure optimal health outcomes and safety. Interdisciplinary Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison across all medical disciplines to orchestrate a unified, holistic approach to patient treatment and recovery. Precision Order Management: Accurately process and implement physician and nursing orders, maintaining rigorous adherence to clinical protocols and institutional standards. Strategic Discharge Advocacy: Assess and coordinate complex discharge planning in partnership with the healthcare team to facilitate seamless and safe transitions of care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
