Computer Repair Technician

Repair TechnicianThe Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing defective customer systems in accordance with established processes and guidelines. This will include interpreting warranty entitlement coverage, determining needed parts under the correct entitlement, documenting information, and following established timeframes and standards.
