Senior Program Manager, Sustainability

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Senior Program Manager for Sustainability to oversee global ESG initiatives, including program execution, training, carbon accounting, and reporting. The role bridges cross-functional teams to advance the company's sustainability strategy and regulatory compliance across its international network.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily execution of global ESG program across multiple workflows and cross-functional projects
• Develop and implement training resources and communications to support site-level sustainability integration
• Oversee end-to-end ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and emissions data quality controls
• Lead annual assurance processes, EcoVadis and CDP submissions, and product carbon footprint analysis
• Research emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, communications, business, or related field
• 7+ years of ESG, sustainability, or related consulting experience with program management
• Demonstrated competency in GHG emissions accounting, assurance, and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communications and project management skills
• Working knowledge of ESG frameworks, regulations, and reporting software
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and ESG reporting platforms
