Responsibilities Monitor, supervise and provide support to staff with any daily questions. Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing. Administer medication as directed. Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort. Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well‑being. Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to the appropriate staff. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities. Perform light housekeeping. Communicate with Care Teams. Order medications from pharmacy and complete monthly medication check in. Train and mentor new and current staff. Participate in the company On-Call. Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred. CBRF Certifications preferred. Previous lead experience, preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards seniors. Ability to lift and move safely as required. Understand and practice standard precautions at all times. Availability to work 2nd shift hours (3pm - 11pm), including every other weekend and holiday. Ability to be part of the monthly on‑call rotation.
