The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including knowledge of SGIP and Rebates. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, while managing resources, timelines. Ensuring solar and battery storage projects run smoothly, on schedule, and with exceptional customer satisfaction from start to finish.Job Duties / ResponsibilitiesManage solar and battery storage projects from contract signing through installation and final inspectionServe as the main point of contact for customers, keeping them informed throughout each phase of the projectCoordinate internal teams (sales, design, installation crews, electricians) to meet project deadlines and quality standardsSchedule and oversee site surveys, permitting, utility interconnection, inspections, and system activationsMaintain accurate project timelines, notes, and updates using CRM/project management softwareAnswer customer inquiries via phone, email with professionalism and responsivenessProactively address customer concerns or issues and provide timely resolutionsConduct post-installation follow-ups including monitoring setup, final documentation, and warranty/service supportAssist with continuous process improvement to enhance customer experience and streamline workflowsStay informed on current solar technologies, battery systems, and incentive programs to assist and educate customersManage solar and battery storage projects from contract signing through final inspection using our in-house CRM toolCommunicate with customers directly through the CRM platformkeeping them updated on project status, answering questions, and sharing key documentsEnsure all project milestones, notes, and files are accurately documented in the CRM for team collaboration and transparencyGuide customers through the project timeline by using automated updates and personalized communication via the CRMQualifications / Requirements2+ years experience in solar, construction project management, or customer service rolesExceptional communication skills and a strong customer service mindsetOrganized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with permitting, utility interconnection, and inspection coordinationProficiency with spreadsheets, and project-tracking toolsExperience with CRM systems a pluswe use our own in-house platform to manage projects and communicate with customers in real-timeAbility to interpret solar plans, proposals, and technical documents is a plusMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesPhysical Demands and AbilitiesAbility to sit or stand at a computer for extended periodsComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environmentBenefitsHealth Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage available after 6 months of employment401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off: Vacation days, sick leave, and holidaysProfessional Development Training, certifications, and growth into senior rolesTeam Environment Work with a supportive crew in a growing renewable energy companyCompany Equipment Provided computer and all necessary software access
