Job Summary Highmark Health – Strategy and Transformation Office (STO) – hybrid role Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in Pittsburgh or Buffalo, NY. The STO develops and executes innovative plans to achieve Living Health goals through better insurance products and redesigned delivery systems. Key Responsibilities Lead or support strategic initiatives across Enterprise, including team leadership, problem‑solving, data analysis, project management and implementation. Participate in the development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units. Identify, clarify and resolve complex issues critical to initiative success. Ensure alignment of initiative impacts with other strategic initiatives. Develop standard analytics and processes for leading strategic initiatives. Shape the organization’s culture and skill set. Perform other duties as assigned. Education Required : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, related field or equivalent experience. Preferred : Master’s Degree in Business or related field. Experience Required : 5 years in Strategic Planning or related work in business/healthcare. 2 years of consulting experience (external or internal). Preferred : 6 years in payer, hospital system or care delivery industry. Experience influencing change in complex organizational systems. Skills Complex problem‑solving and potential team leadership.
