Our client is seeking Temporary Admin Assistant!

We are seeking a professional and dependable Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk coverage and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors.
• Monitor and manage visitor sign-in procedures.
• Receive and distribute deliveries, mail, and packages.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
• Provide basic administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy office environment.
