Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• Lead the month-end close process, including journal entry review, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation as the Accounting Manager
• Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and account reviews to ensure accuracy and timely reporting as the Accounting Manager
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement as the Accounting Manager
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, operational initiatives, and strategic projects as the Accounting Manager
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff while promoting accountability, efficiency, and professional growth as the Accounting Manager

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager

• Multi-entity, corporate accounting, or complex accounting environment experience
• Demonstrated success leading month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/accounting systems; prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
