Key Responsibilities For The Accounting Manager Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules. Manage and mentor accounting staff while fostering team development. Utilize NetSuite and Resident Interface to ensure accurate financial reporting and resident/account management processes. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning initiatives. Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Qualifications For The Accounting Manager Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong experience with NetSuite required.
