Service Dispatch Coordinator

To support a growing Managed Services Provider, the full-time Service Dispatch Coordinator will manage the daily dispatch of service requests, coordinating schedules for technical resources and ensuring effective communication with clients in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate schedules of remote and field technical resources while creating and assigning service requests Monitor open service tickets, escalate issues as necessary, and ensure customer communication regarding incident progress Report on the utilization of IT support resources and ensure prompt entries for time and expenses Required qualifications 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a Managed Services environment Prior knowledge of support tools and techniques used in IT service delivery Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and active listening Ability to match technical resources to specific technical issues Positive attitude and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment
