That’ s why we offer: Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days 401K savings + match Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus On the day-to-day, you will: Create and manage daily transportation schedules, adjusting to accommodate cancellations, add-ons, and last-minute requests Perform active dispatching to support daily transportation operations Maintain a daily call log for operational tracking and communication Monitor and respond to HUB inquiries and operational requests Update schedules based on Direct Line changes and updates Provide timely documentation of cancellations or no-shows, communicating any missed appointments with the clinic team Provide weekend dispatch coverage as needed We’re seeking a Dispatcher with strong communication skills, technology proficiency, and the ability to make timely decisions while managing competing priorities.
