Description:
As our Front Desk Sales Associate, you are the face and first impression of TITLE Boxing Club Shreveport.

You set the vibe the second a member or guest walks through the door. We are looking for a high-energy, people-first self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on their feet, and seamlessly multitask between sales, member check-ins, and club operations. If you bring unstoppable energy, love connecting with people, and take pride in owning your space, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set the Energy & Vibe: Warmly greet members and guests by name, bringing high energy and enthusiasm that sets the tone for an amazing workout.
• Drive Sales & Membership Growth: Give studio tours, introduce new guests to the TITLE workout experience, answer questions, and confidently guide prospective members toward the right membership option for their goals.
• Master Multi-Tasking & Critical Thinking: Handle front desk check-ins, incoming phone calls, class bookings, and guest inquiries smoothly—even during busy class transition times.
• Be a Self-Starter: Take initiative to keep the front desk and retail area running seamlessly without waiting for direction. Problem-solve on the fly with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Maintain Studio Excellence: Take pride in a clean, organized, and welcoming facility. Maintain studio cleanliness, manage trash, keep restrooms stocked, organize equipment, and prep the floor for seamless class transitions.
• Community & Member Engagement: Build real relationships with members, support studio events, and keep our fitness community engaged and excited.
