Vertical Solutions Roofing & Construction is an industry leader in residential and commercial roofing - and we are expanding our sales team!

We are currently hiring motivated and driven Consultants to join our growing KC office. This is a high-income, performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. No prior sales experience is required — we provide full training and support to help you succeed.

A few things to note:

• This role requires you to be in-person based out of our office located in Leawood
• You’ll need your own, reliable vehicle to travel to job sites in the surrounding area
• You must be available during the day and occasional evenings/Saturdays to meet with homeowners and property owners.
• This is a commission-based role

Compensation:

• Annual earning potential: $80,000 – $220,000+
• Training Draw for the first 90 days
• Uncapped commission structure
• Performance based bonus incentive for new hires to get you started

Schedule :

• Day shift
• Evenings (until 8 PM) and weekends as needed

Qualifications:

• Positive, motivated, and coachable attitude
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable personal vehicle & valid driver’s license ( Motorcycles not suited for this role)
• Comfortable working on low-slope roofs (full safety training provided)
• Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required — full training provided
