Housing Case Manager - HIV/AIDS Support & Housing Services
Comunilife
Comunilife, based in New York, is seeking experienced Case Managers for their Manhattan HRA congregate Residence Program. The role involves assessing resident needs, developing care plans, and providing a variety of services to help residents live independently.
The ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Public Administration and have experience in case management, counseling, and working with marginalized populations. The role offers a full-time position with a generous benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k).
