Senior Account Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish)

How You'll Make an Impact * Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. * Meet or exceed established monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio, as defined in the Standards of Sales Performance. * Engage potential customers in non-bulk multi-dwelling unit properties with 50+ doors through door-to-door outreach to acquire new residential customers * Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new or additional Spectrum services within assigned properties. * Respond to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy, using appropriate tools and resources, and follow through to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved. * Maintain a well-informed knowledge base of competitors' activities, pricing, and offers throughout the assigned territory, and inform the supervisor/manager of changing competitive programs or marketing directions. * Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and training programs; apply learning and feedback to improve individual sales results. * Accurately complete all necessary documentation to support sales activities, including dispositions, sales orders, and sales reporting, in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines and required timeframes. * Collect and account for funds and provide receipts according to Company policy and guidelines. Working Conditions * Spend approximately 80% of your time outdoors, walking door-to-door and lifting up to 20 pounds in various weather * Work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, split days off and holidays What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education * High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Experience * 1+ years in sales or customer service Skills * Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record within Company required standards Preferred Qualifications Experience * 2+ years sales or relevant work experience Skills * Understanding of communications technologies and data networking fundamentals * Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services * Experience educating consumers about products and services * Proven success in sales, prospecting or cold calling * Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish) #LI-JS3 SMD300 2026-83056 SMD300 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances. The base pay for this position generally is between $33,200.00 and $66,000.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $55,000 .
