Description Records Clerk Full-Time | Onsite | Spartanburg, SC About Us Security Finance has been a trusted leader in the financial services industry since 1955. Position Overview As a Records Clerk, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential company records. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure documents are properly processed, stored, and maintained in accordance with company standards and applicable state and federal regulations. This position is onsite at our corporate office in Spartanburg, South Carolina. What You'll Do Prepare, scan, and image departmental documents for retention following established procedures. Review files for accuracy, completeness, and legibility; identify and correct discrepancies as needed. Maintain record tracking and document transmittals. Organize, code, file, and maintain electronic records according to authorized procedures. Distribute departmental mail on a daily basis. Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and employee records. Request repairs and service for office equipment as needed. Monitor and maintain departmental supply inventory. Provide administrative support to department staff. Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned. Maintain prompt and regular attendance. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous clerical or administrative experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard office software. Ability to operate office equipment, including scanners, copiers, and fax machines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Knowledge of filing systems and experience utilizing document scanners preferred.
