About the role

Picture your Monday–Friday beginning at 7:00 AM. You step onto the production floor, review the day’s batch record, confirm every detail against the SOP, and prepare materials for compounding. Throughout the shift, you work precisely—measuring, mixing, and documenting each step with clear, legible handwriting. You pause to double-check entries, verify calculations, and sustain aseptic technique. You never cut corners. By 3:30 PM, your batch is complete and your records are immaculate—exactly what a regulated pharmaceutical environment requires.

What you’ll do

• Execute batch formulation activities with strict adherence to written instructions, SOPs, and GMP requirements.
• Maintain aseptic practices and cleanliness standards throughout manufacturing tasks.
• Document every step accurately and legibly in batch records and logs.
• Follow established processes consistently—every time, with no shortcuts.
• Support safe, compliant operations in a highly regulated pharmaceutical setting.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Compensation: $20–25 per hour, depending on experience
