Join The Arc Columbia-Saratoga, formerly Coarc (Columbia County Arc), as a Residential Manager and help empower people we support with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. In this leadership role, you'll oversee the daily operations of a residential home, mentor and develop your team, and help create a safe, person-centered environment where people we support can thrive.
Location: Hudson, NY
Schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
Weekend Differential: +$2.00 per hour for hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential home while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.
- Supervise, coach, and develop the Assistant Residential Manager and Direct Support Professionals to promote teamwork and professional growth.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage to meet the needs of people we support.
- Support people we support in achieving their personal goals, building independence, and participating in their communities.
- Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, documentation requirements, and safety standards.
- Monitor program budgets, site maintenance, vehicle records, and required operational reports.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, families, clinical team members, and community partners to ensure quality services.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, staff development, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for people we support and employees.
- High School Diploma or GED (TASC) required
- One year combined experience working with people with disabilities and/or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise, coach, and develop employees
- Valid NYS driver's license required
- Ability to complete all required agency training and certifications
