Full-Time Neonatologist – Pennington, NJLevel III NICU | Academic Teaching Position Overview \n

• Location: Pennington, NJ (near Princeton, NYC & Philadelphia)

• Setting: Level III NICU (30 beds) – Regional Perinatal Center
\n
• Schedule: \n
\n
• Combination of 24-hour in-house and 10-hour day shifts
\n
• Shared with 7 neonatologists
\n

• Volume: \n
\n
• ~17 ADC (Average Daily Census)
\n
• 400+ NICU admissions/year
\n
• ~4,000 deliveries/year Responsibilities \n
  \n
  • Provide advanced neonatal intensive care \n
  \n
  • HFOV, Nitric Oxide, Therapeutic Cooling
  \n
\n
• Collaborate with OB and pediatric teams
\n
• Participate in teaching and mentoring: \n
\n
• Family Medicine residents
\n
• OB/GYN residency (launching Summer 2025)
\n
• Observational students Candidate Requirements \n

  • BC/BE Neonatologist
  \n
  • Must reside locally or be willing to relocate
  \n
  • Locums and visa candidates not accepted
