About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Information Technology to spearhead enterprise technology initiatives and ensure that IT capabilities are in line with long-term business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap, partnering with executive leadership to drive technology modernization and digital transformation, and overseeing the day-to-day IT operations, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business applications. This role also involves serving as the primary relationship manager for Managed Service Providers and other strategic technology partners, with a focus on high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with business priorities. Applicants for the Vice President of Information Technology position at the company should have a minimum of 12-14 years' of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years' in a senior IT leadership role. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical background, financial acumen, and a proven track record in driving technology innovation. Key qualifications include experience in managing IT budgets, technology investments, vendor contracts, and procurement activities, as well as a strong understanding of IT governance, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL Foundation. Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth organization is a plus. The role demands excellent communication, organizational, and project leadership skills, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing IT organization.
