Your Role

• Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and develop tailored therapy strategies to support their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices that focus on enhancing motor skills, cognitive functions, and improving daily living activities.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct and empower patients and their loved ones on therapeutic techniques to encourage progress beyond the clinic.
• Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Track clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches to ensure ongoing patient success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported.

Licensure and Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
