Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Helping Homes, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic support for individuals and families facing a wide array of issues. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions to address emotional and relational challenges.

• Working collaboratively with families to navigate complex dynamics such as blended family adjustments, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Offering therapeutic support for issues like grief and loss, job stress, and the implications of physical or psychological abuse.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to improve overall family functionality and cohesion.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your focus will be on helping clients navigate various life challenges, including but not limited to separation and divorce, mother/daughter conflicts, job stress, grief, and loss. You will support clients from different backgrounds, enhancing their coping skills and resilience in the face of life's complexities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
