This outpatient orthopedic clinic in Oak Grove, MO provides physical therapy services for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic serves patients from age 11 to 90 and sees approximately 160190 patient visits per week.

The clinical team includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, and documentation is completed through WebPT. The clinic accepts BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, Humana, and Aetna.

The Physical Therapist will provide patient evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, deliver therapy services, educate patients, and monitor progress from the first visit through discharge.

Salary:

• New Graduates: $65,000$70,000 per year
• Experienced PTs: $80,000$90,000 per year, based on years of experience

Schedule Options:

Preferred Schedule: Four 10-Hour Days

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off each week

Alternative Schedule: MondayFriday

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient movement, pain, strength, balance, mobility, and functional ability
• Create individualized care plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Provide physical therapy interventions for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility training, balance work, and functional rehabilitation
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe activity modifications
• Track progress and adjust plans of care when clinically appropriate
• Document evaluations, daily visits, progress notes, and discharge plans in WebPT
• Work with PTAs and clinical team members to support patient care
