Physical Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour

About This Opening

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in Grain Valley, MO. This position is focused on helping patients improve movement, reduce physical limitations, and return to everyday activities with better strength, mobility, and confidence.

You will work directly with patients to understand their needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and guide them through the recovery process. The patient volume allows for a more personal approach, giving you time to explain exercises, answer questions, and adjust care when needed.

Compensation

New Grad Physical Therapist: $65,000–$70,000 annually
Experienced Physical Therapist: $80,000–$90,000 annually , based on years of experience

Day-to-Day Duties

• Complete patient evaluations and identify functional limitations
• Create treatment plans that support mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and pain management
• Provide physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals
• Lead patients through exercises, movement retraining, and recovery activities
• Teach home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Missouri Physical Therapist license
• New graduates are welcome
• Previous clinical experience preferred for higher salary consideration
• Strong documentation, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care
