Position Details

• Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift/Day Shift

• Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM/7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and production equipment

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment issues

• Support production operations by minimizing equipment downtime

• Maintain accurate maintenance records

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Electrical Technician, Industrial Electrician, Maintenance Technician, or related role

• Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting and maintenance practices

• Consistent work history and good tenure with previous employers

• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Candidates without forklift experience must be willing to learn

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Work Environment

The role is based in a very clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility that operates large printing presses used to print on foil and packaging for pharmaceutical products. The standard schedule is a four-day workweek with 12-hour shifts (7 a.m.-7 p.m. or 7 p.m.-7 a.m.), Monday through Thursday, with a potential but unlikely need for a fifth day. Employees work both with a team and independently in a production environment that includes lamination processes and the use of adhesives, requiring comfort with a consistent adhesive smell throughout the facility. The environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to operational procedures while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
