We are putting data to work to boost efficiency, productivity, and quality across industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, safety, and mobility applications.Technical Support Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide technical support for customers and sales representatives over the phone, internet and via e-mail, for AGTEK software productsProvide a friendly, courteous experience for customersAddress customer problems within established response timeSuggest changes and methods for the improvement of our productsVerify, and if necessary, report defects when encountered during testing, support or trainingQuality ControlTest new versions and updatesConfirm bug fixes and maintain bug tracking systemOther TasksAssist with the development and editing of training guides and videosProvide training and support for customers, salespeople and internal staffAssemble and test fly DronesSkills and QualificationsCollege degree preferred or equivalent work experience in computer or information technologyExperience in the construction industry and AGTEK productsMust be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and self-motivatedOutstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitudeAbility to quickly master and explain softwareArticulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquetteMust work cooperatively with other team membersIs willing to travel occasionallyIn addition to competitive compensation and an engaging and collaborative business culture, Hexagon offers a comprehensive package of benefits including Paid Time Off, 401k matching up to 6% of compensation, Medical, Dental, Vision, Healthcare FSA & HSA and no cost Life Insurance.
