We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support leadership with timely financial insights. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll support Oversee month-end close, journal entries, and reporting Track job costing and maintain general ledger accuracy Partner with leadership on budgeting, performance, and compliance Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (construction/home services a plus) QuickBooks and MS Excel proficiency is required Strong organizational and communication skills Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but not required Bob Garrett Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
