Automotive Parts Manager

What You’ll Do Oversee all daily operations of the Parts Department Manage inventory levels to maximize availability while controlling obsolescence Lead, coach, and develop the parts team Maintain excellent relationships with service technicians, advisors, wholesale customers, and vendors Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, stocking, and returns Monitor department profitability and key performance metrics Maintain GM parts standards, policies, and warranty procedures Deliver outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers Qualifications Previous General Motors (GM) Parts Management or Parts Department leadership experience is required Strong knowledge of GM parts systems and dealership operations Proven inventory management and forecasting skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Computer proficiency and dealership management system experience A positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction What We Offer Competitive compensation package Performance-based incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and paid holidays Employee discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr Twin City Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat
