Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Managerto join a growing team. Compensation Package Salary Range : $50,000 - $65,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to clients by managing and maintaining personal lines accounts. Handle policy renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software to manage client information and documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an agency setting, or 5+ years in a captive environment. Strong background in servicing standard to mid-market personal lines accounts. Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software preferred. Other Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality service. Work Environment : Must be willing to work onsite initially, with potential for a hybrid schedule after training.
