Patient Concierge & Front Desk Specialist

Optim Orthopedics in Savannah, GA seeks a Front Desk Representative to manage daily front desk operations across clinics. You will greet patients, process check-ins, collect payments, and maintain accurate records in the EMR with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality. The role requires a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and at least 1 year of customer service experience in a busy environment; health-care exposure is a plus.
