About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its education and workforce development foundation. This pivotal role involves leading the national strategy for workforce development and education initiatives that support the restaurant and hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening and scaling the foundation's national platform, as well as building and maintaining strong partnerships with state restaurant associations, corporate partners, educators, and workforce development organizations. Strategic leadership, operational management, and a focus on advocacy and thought leadership are key components of the position. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of senior leadership experience in relevant sectors, a proven track record of building cross-sector partnerships, and a passion for expanding workforce pathways and career mobility within the industry. Duties include overseeing the implementation of nationally developed programs, driving alignment and collaboration across complex stakeholder environments, and inspiring a high-performing team. The role also requires a candidate with exceptional strategic, organizational, and communication skills, and experience in fundraising and grant strategy to ensure the foundation's long-term sustainability.
