Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Billy Gothreaux - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities include providing information about insurance products and services, assisting customers with policy applications and renewals, handling customer inquiries and providing timely responses, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications include communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, and experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.

We are located in Ball, LA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning.
