As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Billy Gothreaux - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Our agency was opened in 2021 and has a culture focused on mentorship, professional growth, and long-term success. Responsibilities include providing information about insurance products and services, assisting customers with policy applications and renewals, handling customer inquiries and providing timely responses, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications include communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, and experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.

Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Ball, LA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
