LEADS

We feed qualified leads into your pipeline rather than expecting you to build a book from scratch. As a Zillow Preferred partner, that includes access to high-intent buyer and seller leads sourced through one of the most-visited platforms in real estate.

EDUCATION

Whether you are newly licensed or a seasoned closer, you get onboarding, training, and continuing education to sharpen your skills and grow your volume. We invest in helping you get better, not just busier.

SUPPORT

You are never running solo. We provide back office support along with in-transaction and listing coordination, so the paperwork, deadlines, and details are handled while you focus on clients. From day-one onboarding to ongoing coaching, marketing resources, and a team that responds, we make sure you have what you need to close with confidence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction, from first conversation to closing. Manage and grow your pipeline using the leads and tools we provide. Build lasting client relationships that turn into repeat and referral business. Represent Works professionally across your market.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome both experienced agents and those early in their careers. An active Oregon or Washington real estate license (or one in progress, ask us about our path for in-process licensees). Strong communication and follow-through. A self-motivated, client-first mindset. Comfort using technology to run a modern real estate business.

COMPENSATION

Commission-based with a competitive structure. We're happy to walk through specifics, including how our lead flow, Zillow Preferred access, and tech reduce your cost of doing business, during a conversation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
