Compensation: $150,000+ Qualifications What We’re Looking For Active Maryland Real Estate License required. Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of closing transactions and building strong client relationships. Ability to effectively work with company-provided buyer and seller leads and turn opportunities into appointments and closed transactions. Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a focus on achieving great outcomes for clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with clients and team members. Willingness to participate in ongoing real estate training, coaching, and professional development to sharpen skills and stay current with market trends. Highly motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-first culture. Coachable, growth-minded, and committed to following proven systems and processes. Positive attitude with a passion for delivering an exceptional real estate client experience. Deliver exceptional customer service and client communication throughout the transaction and beyond.
