About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to play a pivotal role in the organization's transformation and growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing key strategic initiatives, with a focus on driving both top and bottom-line impact. This high-impact position requires a leader who can work closely with the executive team to implement significant changes across digital, e-commerce, and B2C channels. While experience in consumer, retail, or transformation environments is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role demands a professional with a strong background, including at least 4 years post-MBA at a top-tier management consulting firm, and a total of 10-15+ years of experience.
The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Strategy role at the company will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering results. Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of strategic plans, identifying growth opportunities, and driving digital acceleration.
