Pink Stork is a women-owned, women-led wellness brand on a mission to encourage, inspire, and strengthen women, guided by faith, science, and a deep commitment to whole-woman health. We sell across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, pinkstork.com, and wholesale. We move fast, think like owners, and hold ourselves to a high standard.

We are looking for a Marketing Team Manager who leads people first. You will manage a team of 4 to 6 marketing professionals in our Jacksonville office and work directly alongside Amy Upchurch, Pink Stork's founder and CEO, to align the team's daily work with the brand's larger vision.

Marketing is a fast-moving discipline, and at Pink Stork it evolves constantly as we identify and seize new opportunities. This role will grow with the brand. The right person does not need to already know all of it; they need the leadership instincts to guide a team through uncharted territory and the hunger to learn as we go.

This is a player-coach role. You will be engaged in the work, not just above it.

Team Leadership and Accountability

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 to 6 Jacksonville-based marketing professionals with clear expectations and consistent follow-through.
• Prioritize and protect the team's time, ensuring effort is focused on the highest-impact work and preventing overextension across competing demands.
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership that reflects Pink Stork's Core Values.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, provide direct feedback, and identify growth opportunities for each team member.
• Remove roadblocks and create the conditions for the team to move fast and do great work.

Strategy and Partnership with Amy

• Serve as Amy's primary marketing execution partner, translating vision into priorities the team can act on.
• Communicate progress proactively, surface issues early, and bring recommendations rather than just problems.
• Adapt quickly as priorities shift, keeping the team focused and confident through change.

Marketing Oversight and AI Enablement

• Oversee a wide range of marketing initiatives including social content, creative production, paid advertising, and events.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all output, in alignment with Pink Stork's voice and mission.
• Actively guide the team in using AI tools productively and effectively, building workflows that increase output without sacrificing quality or authenticity.
• Stay current on marketing trends and bring new capabilities to the team as opportunities arise.

• A high-performing, accountable marketing team that operates with clarity and ownership.
• Consistent, on-brand execution across all active channels.
• A direct line of communication between Amy and the marketing team, with less friction and faster decisions.
• A team that is well-equipped with AI tools and works smarter as a result.

Required

• 2 to 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of accountability and developing people.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and shifting priorities without losing the team's focus or morale.
• Strong communicator, direct and clear whether talking to your team or presenting to leadership.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and keeping work on track across a team.
• Genuine willingness to learn marketing deeply and engage with the work.
• Demonstrated commitment to mission-driven work and the ability to connect your team to the why.

Preferred

• Background in marketing, content, social media, or a related field.
• Experience in ecommerce, consumer brands, or wellness.
• Comfort with AI tools for content, productivity, or workflow automation.
• Experience working closely with a founder or senior executive in a fast-moving environment.

• You lead with clarity and accountability. You set expectations, follow through, and hold the bar with respect.
• You thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments. You do not need a perfect plan to move forward.
• Your team always knows where they stand and where you are headed.
• You are curious about marketing and willing to get into it. You do not have to be an expert on day one, but you have to want to become one.
