Field Operations Manager – Pest Control / Home Services

$65,000–$70,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

We’re hiring a hands-on Field Operations Manager to oversee technicians and keep day-to-day field operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to manage a busy service team, stay ahead of problems, hold people accountable, and keep schedules, inventory, customers, and technicians moving in the right direction.

Pest control or wildlife experience is preferred , but we’re also open to experienced leaders from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, landscaping, construction, or other home service and field service industries.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of field technicians
  
  
• Oversee daily scheduling, dispatch, routes, and workloads
  
  
• Adjust schedules as cancellations, emergencies, and priorities change
  
  
• Hold technicians accountable for attendance, productivity, quality, and customer service
  
  
• Track job completion, callbacks, performance goals, and KPIs
  
  
• Coach, train, and develop technicians
  
  
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  
  
• Oversee inventory, materials, tools, equipment, and vehicle needs
  
  
• Make sure technicians have what they need to complete jobs efficiently
  
  
• Resolve customer escalations and field issues
  
  
• Maintain company safety, quality, and service standards
  
  
• Communicate regularly with ownership regarding staffing, performance, and operational needs
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous field operations, service management, dispatch, or technician leadership experience
  
  
• Experience managing technicians or employees working in the field
  
  
• Strong scheduling, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Comfortable setting expectations and holding employees accountable
  
  
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  
  
• Experience using scheduling, CRM, or field service software
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
  

Preferred Background

Experience in pest control, wildlife services, or another home service industry is strongly preferred.
